Aus3C has established the Australian Insider Risk Centre of Excellence (AIR CoE). The Centre of Excellence is dedicated to strengthening our nation’s cyber resilience through collaborative insider risk management.

In collaboration with partners, AIR CoE will:

Deliver a highly dynamic approach to developing a community of practice and experts in Insider Risk
Adopt an industry-led approach to deliver programs and annual events
Develop best-class capability-building activities, from master classes to certified workforce training and development
Drive research and development in Insider Risk management creating sovereign capability with global connectivity
Ensure evolving Defence, critical infrastructure, and SMB risk management requirements are met

Our commitment to thought leadership in insider risk management is evident through the development and promotion of industry-leading insights and trends.

As a community of leaders in the field, we spearhead industry-led seminars and conferences, fostering collaboration within our vibrant Community of Practice. Additionally, we actively engage in the co-development of articles, white papers, and blogs, sharing valuable knowledge not only within our community but also with the broader Center Community.

Research & Development

Our commitment to impactful change is realised through collaborative research and development projects on both domestic and international scales.

We actively develop specific examples tailored for the Australian context, driving new approaches in insider risk management. Moreover, we forge international partnerships to facilitate the sharing of research and development across trusted global networks.

By partnering with domestic and international research areas, we aim to advance awareness and understanding of insider risk, ensuring the continuous evolution of support for our Community of Practice and beyond.

Education & Training

At the core of our mission is the development of industry-certified educational programs, ranging from comprehensive masterclasses to standalone training modules.

We identify opportunities to co-design education programs and events with partners of the Center of Excellence based on market needs. Annually, we host a flagship event to continually elevate the profile of AIR CoE and our community, both domestically and internationally.
